THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The material is shoddy, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd purchased something usable instead. Save
